 The Tasting Room With rolling hills, stone walls and panoramic views, our winery is situated on nearly 50 pastoral acres and has a classic New England atmosphere. Complete with a stone fireplace and custom built wine bar, our tasting room evokes the mixed spirit of Napa Valley within elegant Connecticut farm country. Our friendly and educated tasting room staff is here to welcome each visitor and guide you through your tasting as well as answer any questions you may have. Picnics are always welcome or choose from our a la carte menu of baguettes, locally made cheeses, olives, and dipping oils to accompany a glass of wine. Whether you are a couple on a weekend getaway, or a serious wine connoisseur out to enjoy intricate wines, you are sure to enjoy yourself!  The Gift Shop Looking for that perfect gift or wine accessory? The winery also features a retail gift shop with many fun and wine related items for sale. Our custom gift baskets make the perfect gift for any occasion! Each season has its' own unique charm and the gift shop always has seasonal treats, many made by local artists and vendors. Due to private events on Saturdays, May through October tastings stop 30 minutes prior to closing. Tastings for groups of eight or more require prior reservation and payment. Unfortunately, due to high traffic we are only able to welcome larger groups for tastings at 11am on weekends from May-October. Groups arriving at any other time during the high season are welcome to purchase bottles, enjoy the grounds and join our complimentary 12pm tour.
