Due to individual state laws and regulations, we are only able to ship wine to select states. The list of states we ship to may change at any time due to the changing of direct shipping laws and regulations. If your order is affected by any change in regulations we will contact you by email. Any applicable sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.
All shipping charges are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise. Shipping charges will be calculated during the online ordering process. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
All alcoholic beverage orders must be placed and received by a person 21 years of age or older. All state laws require an adult signature at time of delivery. If identification is not presented upon request, the shipment may not be received until identification is presented. In such case, the order will be shipped back to us at your expense.
For ease of receiving your shipment we recommend an adult be available to sign for the package at the Ship To address during business hours. We recommend shipping to a business address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Please allow 4-6 business days for orders to process then ship.
